Led by Bolton's Maria Manyak, this guided meditation combines the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls with the gentle sounds of nature to promote deep relaxation and a greater sense of well-being.No meditation experience is necessary—simply bring a comfortable chair or mat, a cozy blanket, and anything else you need to settle in. Then, allow yourself to relax beneath the open sky as the calming sounds help quiet your mind and soothe your body.Please dress comfortably and appropriately for the evening weather.

Please answer the 2 questions we asked.  If you don't list the items that you're selling you could get denied so please do so.
